CURRENT NEWS FOR BIG RIVER COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT

Per the Big River Community Services District Resolution #017-02, the Park Assessment Fees will be increased to $60.00 per parcel to appear on the 2017 San Bernardino County Tax Bills. The Board encourages public input and community opinion as this increase is needed for the Park to operate. There has not been an increase in fees for the past 10 years but now due to people not paying their taxes; a wage increase as per the California MW-2014; and the fact that the Park is aging has resulted in the need to increase fees in order to maintain the Park. Extra stickers can be purchased at the cost of $40.00 each Donations are always greatly appreciated

The schedule for the meetings are:

1st Meet was performed on January 16, 2023

2nd Meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2023

3rd Meeting is scheduled for May 18, 2023

4th Meeting is scheduled for July 20,2023

5th Meetimg is scheduled for Septrmber 21,2023

6th Meeting is scheduled for November 16,2023

If you want to present your opinion, it must be done in writing before the final reading of the Resolution. It must be

mailed to the CSD Office at P. O. Box 2376, Big River, CA. 92242 or presented in writing at one of the Regular Board Meetings mentioned above.
